Ad Operations - PPC Analyst

Ad.net is seeking an Ad Operations - PPC Analyst who is highly motivated to be a part of our Ad Operations team. You will be responsible for managing advertiser clients from campaign set-up and implementation to optimization of traffic and media buying.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Ad Operations experience in internet advertising. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mind, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, the motivation to succeed, and the ability to communicate clearly and directly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple advertiser and agency accounts, developing positive working relationships with the media buyers and operations teams at these companies.
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to research campaign performance, uncover problems, measure results, and ensure success.
  • Prepare campaign progress reports, analysis and research for presentation to clients and Ad.net Management Team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to support client proposal development.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up on open client issues.

Ad Operations Manager - Video

Ad.net Video specializes in monetizing website and app traffic through all major online channels: Online Video Players, programmatic exchanges, and VAST/VPAID tags. Through these channels Ad.net Video monetizes millions of impressions daily.

The Video team is comprised of enthusiastic and intelligent professionals ranging from business development executives, media buyers and partner development managers, to operations managers, software engineers and business intelligence analysts. Based in Westwood, California the sunny days, ocean view and relaxed dress code make for a fun-filled work environment. The fast paced, start-up mentality is a key contributor to the Video Channel’s continued growth and success. This position would report to the Senior Director of Media Operations.

Responsibilities

The Video Operations Manager will be responsible for managing advertiser and publisher performance within ad serving and programmatic video platforms, and providing recommendations on all aspects of the Video business as necessary; especially those related to optimization. This person will use the data to help other team members make better business decisions as well as implement changes that will have direct impact on the profitability of the business. Primary duties include:

  • Implements changes to both publisher and advertiser setups, assists the business development team in setting up new advertisers/publishers, and handle day-to-day portfolio of publishers and advertisers.
  • Tracking and analysis of Key Performance Indicators in the Video Media Buy Channel such as cost, revenue, margin, click through and conversion rates, traffic volumes, etc.
  • Data manipulation and presentation in Excel
  • Development and execution of new reports (profit margin trending, etc.)
  • Performing Video market place intelligence and distilling information into actionable recommendations to Video Media Buy team member

Skills and Experience:·

The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with a minimum:

  • 2 years programmatic, media buying and ad serving platform experience
  • 2 years of operations or account management experience in the online advertising field
  • Practical experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc)

Business Development Manager - Mobile

The Business Development Manager will be a key member of the Advertising Technology team. The manager will negotiate global RTB and 3rd party data provider partnerships to support Ad.net’s advertising initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to define and drive the next generation of Ad.net’s advertising program by executing deals with our largest and most strategic programmatic supply partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partner prospects, negotiate deals, and help manage ongoing relationships with large RTB partners or related providers globally
  • Serve as the RTB expert internally, understanding current and future partner capabilities (viewability, native, wearables, etc.) and ensure information is disseminated internally across the organization
  • Work with business and product development leaders to build and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with long-term objectives
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure partnership integrations are scoped properly, completed in a timely fashion, and architected in accordance with our agreement
  • Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to guide our overall strategies and positioning
  • Develop deep understanding of Ad.net’s advertising programs to determine the optimal partners to reach our ideal customer base and achieve monetization and efficiency objectives

Skills and Experience:

User Experience (UX) Designer

  • Visualize the user journey from start to finish and articulate it through experience design
  • Develop and drive UX deliverables including conceptual/annotated wireframes, flows, mockups, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes.Build interactive style guide and interaction uniformity within and across projects.
  • Use business requirements to assist in developing user scenarios, use cases, and high-level feature requirements.

Ad.net seeks a sales professional to develop new business opportunities in search, display and video advertising. You will have the opportunity to sell nationally from our Los Angeles headquarters and target direct clients and digital agencies across a range of categories. This individual will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations. A strong Account Management team will support you to manage and develop your clients’ campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the full suite of Ad.net search, display and video advertising solutions to performance marketers and agencies
  • Target performance marketers, digital marketing agencies, enterprise and SMB leads
  • Take advantage of Ad.net’s proprietary search data to sell display and video re-targeting solutions
