Media Operations Manager - Video

Job description

  • Manage the day-to-day video ad operations in platforms such as Cedato, Optimatic, Arena and others
  • Workwith business and product development leaders to build and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with long-term objectives properly, completed in a timely fashion, and architected in accordance with our agreement ideal customer base and achieve monetization and efficiency objectives
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure partnership integrations are scoped
  • Develop deep understanding of Ad.net’s advertising programs to determine the optimal partners to reach our
  • Independently execute plans while working in tandem with key internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimumof 4 years focused in business development and/or partner management in the web, video, mobile, or digital advertising industry partnership viability and growth opportunities, work through long deal cycles, and navigate complex deals display technologies such as third-party ad-servers, and brand safety and content classification vendors quickly while maintaining high standards and “quantitative” mentality with an ability to back up ideas with facts or examples including senior executives
  • Experience working with video platforms such as DoubleClick, Tremor, BrightRoll, YuMe etc.
  • Minimum of 4 years of a proven track record interfacing daily with leading industry organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or related analytical field.

Business Development Manager - Mobile

The Business Development Manager will be a key member of the Advertising Technology team. The manager will negotiate global RTB and 3rd party data provider partnerships to support Ad.net’s advertising initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to define and drive the next generation of Ad.net’s advertising program by executing deals with our largest and most strategic programmatic supply partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic partner prospects, negotiate deals, and help manage ongoing relationships with large RTB partners or related providers globally
  • Serve as the RTB expert internally, understanding current and future partner capabilities (viewability, native, wearables, etc.) and ensure information is disseminated internally across the organization
  • Work with business and product development leaders to build and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with long-term objectives
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure partnership integrations are scoped properly, completed in a timely fashion, and architected in accordance with our agreement

Sr. Account Manager

At Ad.net, the Account Management team plays a critical role in managing search and display advertising campaigns and developing relationships with our ad agency and global brand clients. The Senior Account Manager will bring exceptional relationship building skills to the frequent interaction with the key contacts in media buying, digital strategy, and the search and display account groups at the major advertising agencies. In addition, the role requires a deep skillset in analytics, optimizing traffic to meet client goals, and efficient media buying across Ad.net’s publisher partners.The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years experience in Account Management or Ad Operations/Media Buying in search and display advertising. The ideal candidate will also have a desire to learn, the ability to communicate clearly and directly, and strong analytical skills.

  • Manage multiple advertiser and agency accounts, developing positive working relationships with the media buyers and operations teams at our clients and partners
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to research campaign performance, uncover problems, measure results, and ensure success
  • Prepare campaign progress reports, analysis and research for presentation to clients and Ad.net Management Team
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up on open client issues

User Experience (UX) Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Visualize the user journey from start to finish and articulate it through experience design
  • Develop and drive UX deliverables including conceptual/annotated wireframes, flows, mockups, information architecture diagrams, and prototypes.Build interactive style guide and interaction uniformity within and across projects.
  • Use business requirements to assist in developing user scenarios, use cases, and high-level feature requirements.
  • Design UI architecture, interface and interaction flows with a focus on on simplicity and elegance in the experience.

Sr. Account Executive

Ad.net seeks a sales professional to develop new business opportunities in search, display and video advertising. You will have the opportunity to sell nationally from our Los Angeles headquarters and target direct clients and digital agencies across a range of categories. This individual will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations. A strong Account Management team will support you to manage and develop your clients’ campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the full suite of Ad.net search, display and video advertising solutions to performance marketers and agencies
  • Target performance marketers, digital marketing agencies, enterprise and SMB leads
  • Take advantage of Ad.net’s proprietary search data to sell display and video re-targeting solutions
  • Leverage knowledge about advertisers’ current media acquisition activities
  • Actively prospect key individuals within new clients
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, closing, and prospecting skills
  • Develop and execute sales across verticals
